PASTORAL CARE & SUPPORT
An Outreach Service of the FCCMI Leadership Training & Counseling Center
Compassionate Care for Life’s Difficult Seasons
FCCMI provides Christ-centered pastoral care and support for individuals, couples, and families navigating grief, relationship challenges, life transitions, and other difficult circumstances. Through prayer, encouragement, biblical guidance, and compassionate support, we walk alongside individuals and families as they seek hope, healing, and greater stability.
What Is Pastoral Care?
A Christ-Centered Place for Encouragement, Guidance & Support
FCCMI Pastoral Care provides a compassionate and confidential environment where individuals, couples, and families can receive biblical encouragement, prayer, spiritual guidance, and practical support while navigating difficult seasons of life.
Our pastoral care approach is designed to walk alongside people—not to replace professional medical or mental health services. When needs extend beyond the scope of pastoral care, FCCMI encourages appropriate referrals to licensed professionals and community resources.
HOW WE SUPPORT YOU
Care for individuals, couples, and families through life’s changing seasons.
Prayer & Spiritual Support
Prayer, biblical encouragement, and spiritual guidance during difficult or uncertain seasons.
Grief & Loss Support
Compassionate support for individuals and families navigating grief, bereavement, and significant loss.
Relationship & Family Support
Pastoral guidance for couples and families experiencing relationship challenges, transitions, or a need for additional encouragement.
Life Transitions & Personal Support
Encouragement and practical guidance during major life changes, family transitions, hardship, and other circumstances affecting personal or family stability.
OUR APPROACH TO CARE
Faith-centered. Compassionate. Respectful.
FCCMI approaches pastoral care with compassion, dignity, prayer, and respect for each person’s circumstances. We listen, encourage, provide biblical guidance, and help individuals and families identify practical next steps and supportive resources.
Pastoral care is provided in a manner that respects privacy and the sensitive nature of the circumstances shared with us.
WHEN ADDITIONAL SUPPORT IS NEEDED
FCCMI Pastoral Care is non-clinical and does not provide medical care, mental health diagnosis, psychotherapy, or emergency/crisis services.
When an individual or family needs services beyond the scope of pastoral care, we encourage connection with appropriate licensed professionals, healthcare providers, emergency services, or community resources.
FCCMI – PASTORAL CARE & SUPPORT IS PART OF THE LEADERSHIP TRAINING & COUNSELING CENTER
Pastoral Care & Support is provided through FCCMI’s Leadership Training & Counseling Center (LTCC), connecting biblical education and ministry preparation with compassionate, Christ-centered service to individuals and families.
