The FCCMI Leadership Training & Counseling Center equips emerging and established Christian leaders with biblical knowledge, practical ministry skills, leadership development, and opportunities to apply what they learn.
Through FCCMI’s educational partnership with CLST Global, students can pursue structured Christian education while participating in a supportive ministry environment that connects learning with service, leadership, and real-world ministry experience.

THREE AREAS OF STUDY
BIBLICAL STUDIES & THEOLOGY
Develop a stronger understanding of Scripture, Christian doctrine, biblical interpretation, and the theological foundations necessary for effective Christian service and leadership.
CHRISTIAN LEADERSHIP & ADMINISTRATION
Develop practical leadership, organizational, communication, administration, and ministry-management skills for serving churches, ministries, nonprofits, and communities.
MINISTRY & PASTORAL CARE
Prepare for compassionate ministry through studies related to pastoral care, Christian counseling principles, family ministry, discipleship, grief support, crisis care, and helping relationships.

WHO IS THE CENTER FOR
The FCCMI Leadership Training & Counseling Center is designed for adults who want to grow in biblical knowledge and become better equipped to serve.
It may be a good fit for aspiring ministers, pastors and ministry leaders, church volunteers, Christian educators, nonprofit and community leaders, pastoral-care workers, and individuals seeking structured biblical education for personal or ministry development.
No one has to already hold a ministry title to begin growing as a leader.
EDUCATION + MENTORSHIP + PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE
CLST Global provides the structured Christian educational component, while FCCMI creates a local environment for leadership development, mentoring, practical application, ministry experience, and community service.
This allows students to do more than complete courses. Our goal is to help participants connect what they learn, how they lead, and whom they serve.

CHRISTIAN MINISTRY & PASTORAL CARE
FCCMI’s pastoral-care and ministry-development activities are non-clinical and faith-based. They are designed to provide biblical encouragement, ministry support, mentoring, education, and appropriate referrals when needs require licensed clinical, medical, legal, or other professional services.
When needs extend beyond the scope of pastoral care, FCCMI encourages connection with appropriately licensed clinical, medical, legal, or other professional providers.
