Fully Committed Christian Ministries International, Inc. (FCCMI) is a Christ-centered 501(c)(3) nonprofit ministry committed to strengthening individuals, marriages, families, and communities through education, practical support, leadership development, and collaborative service.
We are not a church. We are a ministry serving people through programs that address relationships, leadership development, food insecurity, family stability, and community connection

FCCMI is a Christ-centered ministry meeting people at the point of need while equipping individuals and families with the knowledge, skills, resources, relationships, and opportunities needed to build stronger futures. Our work is organized through four core programs: Marriage & Family Enrichment, Leadership Training & Counseling Center, Harper’s Family Pantry, and the Community Marriage Initiative.

OUR STORY
Fully Committed Christian Ministries International, Inc. was incorporated in 2020 with a commitment to strengthening individuals, marriages, families, and communities through Christian ministry and practical service. In 2023, FCCMI received recognition as a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt nonprofit organization.
Today, that vision has grown into a Christ-centered ministry serving individuals, marriages, families, ministry leaders, and communities through education, leadership development, marriage and family enrichment, food assistance, pastoral care and support, community collaboration, and practical service.

Co-Founder & CEO / Executive Director
Elder Nattalie Davis-Rush provides executive leadership and strategic direction for FCCMI, overseeing ministry development, family and community initiatives, partnerships, organizational growth, and mission implementation.
Elder Glenn Rush, Sr.
Co-Founder & Executive Vice President / Board Chair
Elder Glenn Rush, Sr. provides organizational and ministry leadership, supporting governance, Christian leadership development, community engagement, and FCCMI’s commitment to strengthening families and communities.
